Most 2D print work is ready within 2 to 5 business days after artwork approval. Larger batches or specialty prints may require additional time.

3D print timelines depend on size, detail level, and queue. Small prints typically take 3 to 7 business days. Larger or multi-part builds may take longer. A more accurate estimate is provided once your request is reviewed.

Custom projects vary widely. After discussing your idea, I will provide a quote and estimated timeline before any payment is required.

Orders can be picked up during posted shop hours at 261 Main St, Unit 3, Calais, ME. You will be notified when your order is ready so there is no guesswork.

Orders are shipped from Maine using the carriers available at checkout. Posters and prints are packaged securely. 3D printed items are padded and boxed to protect them during transit.

If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact me within seven days. Photos of damaged items help determine the best resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Trading and buy rates for trading card singles follow a consistent, market-based structure. Magic, Pokémon, and Lorcana cards use the same rate system and are evaluated individually.

Non-card items such as retro games, consoles, collectibles, and accessories use a varied rate. These items generally receive a lower value due to testing needs, condition differences, shelf life, and resale difficulty. Offers are made on a case-by-case basis.

If you want an idea of potential value before visiting the shop, you are welcome to provide a list or photos for an estimate. Final offers require in-person verification.

Functional 3D-printed parts, hobby accessories, signage, tokens, custom text work, structural pieces, and fan-inspired designs are generally accepted.

I reserve the right to decline any project. The following will not be accepted:

• Hate-related, violent, or adult content.
• Reproductions of copyrighted or trademarked logos or artwork for resale.
• Any request intended to harm, intimidate, or target individuals.

When in doubt, feel free to ask. I will give a clear yes or no right away.

For most custom work, a proof or preview image is provided before final production. Minor adjustments are usually fine. Larger changes after approval may require an updated quote.

If I produce or ship something with a noticeable defect, I will replace or refund it. Please reach out within seven days with your order details.

Since many items are made to order, cancellations and refunds depend on whether production has started. If work has not begun, a full refund is usually possible. Once production is underway or completed, refunds may be partial or unavailable.

Event entry fees, store credit policies, and supporter benefits may change as the shop grows. Current information will always be posted in-store or on the website.
